The globalization, continuous innovation and digitalization require outcome-based trainings, improved training quality, preparing highly ethical doctors and medical staff capable of providing health care services at high quality, improving health sector and health care services to the international level, and continuous improvement of the satisfaction results.

The Higher education – New era journal (HENEJ ISSN 2789-8946 print) was launched in 2017 with the goal to promote scientific progresses and achievements in education studies, medical and nursing education, to support local teachers and researchers, to increase the quality and accessibility of their science and research works, and to improve the quality of evidence-based  education.

The HENEJ edition team includes representatives from medical science, nursing, humanity, economy, technology, agricultural and other sectors. It releases 2 editions a year since 2021. It is planned to improve the editorial policy and development strategy to meet international standards; the first steps have been successfully launched.
